The service is considered delivered when we achieve the promised number of views.
What is the refund policy?
We strive to satisfy our clients. In rare cases where the author is dissatisfied with the videos, we offer a 50% refund if the marketing phase has not yet started.
To what extent can the author interfere in the project?
The author can edit the script of the video as much as they want, while we handle the visual aspects, leveraging our expertise to reach the right readership.
Who owns the copyrights of the videos?
Both Booktasters and the customer have the right to upload the videos anywhere.
What do we sell?
We sell a video production service with a marketing guarantee on X
Do we have reviewers for all genres?
– Yes, except sexual, pornography, and all books categorized under the erotica genre. Also, we don’t review non-fiction religion books. We do have reviewers for romantic books and novels with religious backgrounds.
Does the author choose the reviewers?
– No. All the reviewers meet our minimum criteria for reviewing. If an author skips a particular reviewer, we consider it a delivered review.
